North Star Theory does not currently use commission-earning links. If a commercial relationship is introduced, it should be clear before a reader decides whether to click, buy, or act.
A clear summary
Affiliate links are not active yet.
The current website foundation has no active affiliate links or recorded commercial partnership. If that changes, relevant links and content should carry a clear disclosure.
If you later click a clearly identified affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, North Star Theory may receive a commission from the retailer or affiliate partner. The retailer would remain responsible for the transaction, pricing, delivery, returns, warranties, and customer service.
The important point
A commercial relationship should never determine whether an option is suitable, how evidence is explained, or which limitations are shown.
Disclosure standards
Readers should not have to hunt for the relationship.

Affiliate links
NST may receive a commission when a reader follows a clearly identified link and completes a qualifying purchase.
Review samples
If a product is supplied without charge or on special terms, that relationship should be disclosed with the relevant content.
Sponsored content
Any paid collaboration should be clearly identified as advertising and kept distinct from independent editorial guidance.
Amazon Associates
Amazon links require specific disclosure.
When North Star Theory participates in the Amazon Associates programme and uses qualifying Amazon links, the following statement applies:
“As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.”
Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Participation does not mean that Amazon sponsors or endorses North Star Theory.
