Validation survey
The Recovery Routine Planner pilot is not open yet.
The Microsoft Forms response link has not been created or published, and responses are switched off. The survey will be connected from the Recovery Routine Planner page after the Privacy and Contact updates are live.
- Anyone can respond without signing in.
- The form does not ask for names, email addresses, file uploads, health information, or other sensitive information.
- Two optional free-text fields warn respondents not to include medical, injury, or identifying information.
- Results will be reviewed only in aggregate within Microsoft Forms and will not be exported to Excel.
Survey status: closed
There is no active response link. Responses are planned to close on 30 September 2026, and raw responses will be deleted by 31 October 2026.
The survey is for structured pilot feedback only. It is not a general contact route and should not be used for editorial corrections, privacy requests, health questions, or urgent messages.

The public contact channel is being prepared.
North Star Theory is still in its foundation stage. A monitored public email address has not been connected yet. The planned validation survey is a separate feedback tool and is not a substitute for a contact or privacy channel.
