Following an external link does not create a purchase contract with NST. If you buy from a retailer, the purchase is between you and that retailer or the seller identified at checkout. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and download the guide for your own use; it is not for resale, redistribution, or republishing.
A guide is fixed, general information written for a broad readership. It is not personalised advice, does not assess your individual circumstances, and buying it does not create a coaching, medical, or professional-advice relationship. Completing a guide does not guarantee any specific strength, appearance, health, or performance outcome.
Proposed refund approach, pending final confirmation
