Accountability starts with a named operator.

North Star Theory is operated by Gabriel Silva as a sole trader trading as North Star Theory. The operator is based in London, England.

These terms and any non-contractual dispute connected with the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory right to bring proceedings elsewhere, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a visitor.

Before public launch

A publishable operator address is still required.

The operator and governing-law wording is now drafted. A valid business correspondence address and a tested public contact email must still be added before these terms are treated as the final public version.
