Advantages

• The current developer documentation confirms core set, repetition and load logging, previous-performance views, routine creation and progress statistics.
• The free version currently supports up to 4 routines, 7 custom exercises and 3 months of statistics history; these limits must be rechecked before publication.
• The developer documents iPhone, Android, web, Apple Watch and Wear OS support and a private-profile control.

Limitations

• NST has not independently tested reliability, accessibility, calculation accuracy, sync behaviour, privacy controls or current feature availability.
• The old claim that the app works offline was not established by the checked sources and has been removed.
• Apple and Google list categories of data the app may collect or link to a user; these are platform/developer declarations, not an independent NST privacy audit.
• Free-tier limits, supported devices, data handling and subscription features can change and must be rechecked immediately before publication.
• No subscription price, rating, review count, affiliate relationship or app-store image is recorded.
