Advantages

• The documented feature set is fully offline: no account, companion app, Bluetooth, GPS or cloud sync is listed.
• The manufacturer lists daily steps, distance, activity calories, aerobic steps, action mode and seven-day local memory in a 23 g device.

Limitations

• NST has not tested step counts, distance, calorie estimates, brisk-step classification, position sensitivity, display readability or durability.
• Distance and calorie displays depend on user-entered height, weight and stride and are not clinical measurements.
• The device is not waterproof and should not be immersed.
• The stated six-month CR2032 battery life is a manufacturer estimate based on 14 hours/day; the supplied trial battery may last less.
• The offline design reduces data exposure but provides no cross-device backup and stores only seven days of history.
