Training when unwell

When can a basic self-check inform a training decision, and when should you seek professional advice?

Decision path

Learn first. Compare second. Shop last.

Reviewed guidance available

Only guidance and product assessments that have completed our evidence and editorial checks appear here.

Follow the decision path.
